Ingredients :
Wheat (1cup) , sugar (1 cup) , water (1cup) , ghee (3/4 cup) , cashew (10) ..
Process :
• Add sugar nd water into a vessel
• Light the stove in high flame nd keep the vessel on it
• Let the sugar dissolve and comes to boil .. Once boiled well off the stove
• Now take a pan put the stove in high flame , add ghee
• Let the ghee melts then add wheat to it
• Take a karandi nd stir this wheat nd ghee so tat it gets into a paste consistency (if u don’t stir uncooked wheat balls will be formed )
• Stir to a extent the colour of wheat changes frm its initial texture to light brown colour
• Now lower the flame , take tat sugar syrup nd add into this pan
• Aftr this there will be a sound with unusual colour don’t be feared away seeing it
• Just continue ur stirring , the consistency of wheat will automatically change to semi-Solid halwa
• U can add fried cashew nd little cardamom powder at this stage to get more Enriched flavour
• Off the pan once it reaches tat consistency nd serve it hot !!!
