Ippo recipe kulla pogalam!
Chicken leg pieces - 3 - itha nalla wash panni anga anga keeri vitukanum
Masala - 1/4inch cinnamon, 2 cloves, oru 5 to 6 garlic cloves, ginger - kutty piece, kashmiri chilli - 2, normal chilli - 1, pepper - 1/4 spoon, salt to taste, thick curd - 1.5tbsp, cheese - 1 slice or 1 small cube, oil - 1 tsp.
ippo ella masala items um sethu nalla grind panni, chicken kooda mix panni marinate pannanum. Fridge la oru 6hrs minimum (max 12 hrs kooda vaikalam) apdiye irukanum.
Apram cook pandrathuku before, kasuri methi athanga dried methi leaves athu konjam, 1/2 lemon juice ithayum chicken kooda mix pannitu, konjam chicken room temp vara varai wait pannanum. Oru 15 mins aachum aagum.

Rightuuuu,, paraava ella intha pullaiku nijama samaikka therinjiruku. Yeana ne yosichu type pannirukka in your own way. Adha vechu dhan sonean.

Anyway. 1 kozhiku rendu kaal dhan varum. INI naan kandippa 3 kaal kozhi ah pudichitu vanthu kandippa try panren.

Rightuuuu,, paraava ella intha pullaiku nijama samaikka therinjiruku. Yeana ne yosichu type pannirukka in your own way. Adha vechu dhan sonean.

Anyway. 1 kozhiku rendu kaal dhan varum. INI naan kandippa 3 kaal kozhi ah pudichitu vanthu kandippa try panren.
athu.. nan sapdara alavu.. 3 leg pieces lol :D:D enaku samaika than enaku theriyum!!!
